OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES |

1/2 C Margerine 1 1/2 C Light Brown Sugar 1/4 C Sugar 2 Eggs 2 1/2 t Vanilla 1 3/4 C Flour 3/4 t Baking Powder 3/4 t Baking Soda 1/2 t salt 1/2 t Cinamon 1/2 t Nutmeg 1 C Raisins 3 3/4 C Oatmeal |
Cream sugar and margerine together, then add vanailla and eggs. Sift flour and dry ingredients together. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix with electric mixer. Roll and cut with a cookie cutter Bake at 350° for 7 minutes, exchange the top and bottom cookie pans and bake for another 7 minutes. |
