3 1/2 C Flour 1 T Baking Powder 1 t Salt 2 sticks Margerine 1 3/4 C Sugar 1 1/2 t Nutmeg 1 1/2 T Cinnamon 1 Pound Chopped Cranberries 2 Eggs 1/2 C Milk |
Blend the flour, baking powder and salt together Using a Pastry cutter, cut in the margarine until the mixture is grainy Stir in the sugar, and cranberries Beat the eggs and milk together and add to the flour mixture and beat until evenly mixed Roll the dough into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet Bake at 350º for 7 minutes, exchange top and bottom trays, bake an additional 7 minutes |
