1/2 C + 2 T Margerine 3/4 C Cocoa 4 Eggs 1/4 t salt 2 C Sugar 1 t Vanilla 1 C Flour |
Melt butter in a pan under low heat, then whisk in the cocoa. Let the cocoa mixture cool to room temperature. (It makes a differance, really!) Beat in the eggs 2 at at time, Add vanilla, then the sugar and finally the flour Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick
inserted in the middle comes out clean. |
MINT BROWNIES |

Make a batch of brownies and let cool thorougly. Cover brownies with mint frosting (use any recipe you like and add 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint flavoring and some red or green food coloring) Melt 1/2 stick margerine (NOT butter) in a pan Add 1/2 package of semi-sweet chocolate chips and stir until melted. Spread chocolate over mint frosting and allow to set. |
