CHOCOLATE-RASPBERRY CANDIES
PINK LAYER:
6 oz. White chips
2 t Sour cream
1 t Margerine
1 t Raspberry flavor
   Red food color

CHOCOLATE LAYER:
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/4 C Sour cream
1/2 stick Margerine
3 oz. Mango flavored pineapple, diced
1/2 C Chopped walnuts

Line a 24 count mini-muffin pan

Melt the pink layer ingredients over low heat until blended. Add the raspberry flavor after the mixture is removed from the heat.

Divide evenly between the 24 candies. Let the pink layer set up.

Melt the chocolate layer ingredients over low heat until blended

Put the chocolate layer on top of the pink layer

Refrigerate the candies for an hour or so before removing from the mini-muffin pan
